I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Arlington, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Initially took an online test. Heard back from the recruiters a few days later and set up an in-person interview. Received some prep materials that were quite useful. At the in-person interview, everyone I met with was extremely friendly and helpful. There were two parts to the interview, one technical, and one behavioral.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied last July 28, 2015 as walk-in applicant at their recruitment center in Robinsons forum Mandaluyong. I was given an aptitude type exam as their initial assessment within the same day. The exam actually consists of two parts: (1) English/Grammar exam, which was really easy. (2) Logic/Math exam which was mix of hard and easy questions. The exam is online and has a timer (3 minutes per question). Calculator is also allowed.
After the examination, we were instructed to wait in the waiting area for the result. In my case, I waited about 30 minutes after my name was called. fortunately, I passed the exam. However, I was advised that I can already leave and just wait for their call/email regarding the next procedure of my application.
Actually, I was expecting that the process would only took 1 day since this was what most of the applicants were saying.
It has been 20 days but til now I haven't received any responds from Accenture. Not sure why. I hope it won't be waste of time. What do you think guys?

They were looking for confident person who are able to communicate properly.
As for technical questions - there weren't much to say.
