Was selected for Accenture through college First came the aptitude Which ha three sections 1.english 2.logical ability 3.attention to detail My first two sections went well but d third One which had 15 questions in 15 mins did not go well This led to me not clearing the aptitude round as there was a sectional cutoff Some questions which were asked to my friends are below

Walk-in application at Robinsons Forum, Mandaluyong City. Took roughly 9 days from start to job offer. Exam is relatively easy. Just focus on your English skills (esp. reading comprehension) as well as Critical Thinking skills and a very little of technical/programming knowledge. Once you're done, you'll be asked to wait for the results. If failed, you'll be given a regret letter. Otherwise, you'll be scheduled for the interview on the same day if there's an interviewer or on the next day (if you have submitted already your TOR/Copy of Grade. Soonest would be tomorrow morning.) Typical Interview. You'll be asked about different things you've written in your resume, achievements, projects handled, extra-curricular activities, etc. There will also be some common HR interview questions like your weakness, strengths, your knowledge in the company, etc. You will be asked also about work environment in Accenture (are you willing to work this long hours, are you willing to be assigned to this place, etc.) Then you'll be reached through e-mail, text, or call if you pass the interview. I received SMS 8 days after my interview for final assessment. In final assessment, the HR will just clarify the working conditions, just like what was asked to you during your interview. Then you either decide now or tomorrow. They will not allow you to bring home the contract and talk about it with your parents.
