I applied in-person. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in May 2022
Interview
This happened on 2018
Initial HR Interview > Cognitive/Abstract Reasoning Exams > Final Interview
First two process seems normal. But the final interviewer at my time seems to focus on how the candidate can theoretically answer their terminologies.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Since a newly experienced/fresh grad role - will ask about your thesis and OJT experience
The interview process for the Associate Software Engineer role at Accenture is straightforward and completed in just one day, which makes it quick and efficient. However, I noticed some flaws in the system. The internal tracking of applicant status is not always in sync, which can lead to uncertainty and confusion during the process.
On the positive side, the front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful, which made it easier to resolve these issues on the spot. Their support ensured that the experience remained manageable despite the system hiccups.
That said, I strongly hope Accenture addresses and fixes these system inconsistencies soon. A smoother, more reliable process would greatly benefit future applicants and further enhance the overall candidate experience.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture in Nov 2025
