Accenture Backend Developer interview questions

I was initially screened for the backend developer position and invited for assessment.Post assessment i was asked to attend the interview.The interview went well and Hr contacted me for salary discussion and asked to submit required documents.After which again another round was conducted and by evening got mail claiming the skills does not matched with the position
