I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sep 2012
Interview
Long interview, close to 2 months I gave 5 interviews. Each panel asked more or less the same set of questions.
The Panelists were extremely smart and had every minor detail of the industry.
Good quality questions, case studies, scenarios. Even, if you are rejected - you ought to love the interview.
Made me feel extremely comfortable, across all interviews and HR process and communication was super smooth.

Question 1
Nothing really. On a good day you can answer anything.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mailand)
Interview
the first interview is in group. Just be yourself, and try to pay attention to everything happens. Different business cases are presented to you and to the group. It is very important to be smart, to talk and to collaborate. The other two interviews are 1:1 with questions about personal background, competencies and experiences. You also discuss some business case, normally quite feasible. It is very important to be motivated and to know what you are doing, why you are there. Never speak about work/life balance. In any case the answer is simple: there is no balance.
