Accenture Business Analyst interview questions

After an initial phone screening, there are typically 3-4 rounds of interviews, including a final interview with a MD (Partner). One of the interviews will be a behavioral assessment. Depending on your interviewer, you may encounter case interview questions, and potentially in different formats. These could be puzzles or cases involving different business functions. Format could vary from verbal cases to written cases.

The interview process was two tiered. An on the spot case question that you had to decipher and another which lasted longer (60 minutes) and involved greater calculation. It began with a group of candidates in one room, each candidate was partnered with the first interviewer who at first conducted a generic interview and then asked the case question. Afterwards a second interviewer came in and the long case began.
