Accenture Business Analyst interview questions

It was very interactive and smooth. Interviewer gave a detailed introduction of themselves and the program overview. The entire requirement process consisted of a thirty minute phone screening. I passed the first round and proceeded to the second and final round of interviews which was a forty five minute interview via Zoom.

The interview process consists of three stages, starting with an HR interview where basic qualifications and cultural fit are assessed, often through a mix of general and behavioral questions. This is followed by a more technical discussion with a colleague from the same business unit, focusing on specific skills and teamwork dynamics. The final stage involves an interview with higher management, which dives deeper into strategic fit, potential for growth, and alignment with company goals. Each stage builds upon the previous to ensure a comprehensive evaluation from various organizational perspectives.
