Interview
The hiring process was of only two rounds, one was aptitude test and the second was technical +HR interview. The aptitude test was easy to moderate that included quantitative and English questions. The interview round was on the next day where both technical and HR questions were asked at the same time.

1. HR asked basic questions on background, resume, technologies worked on etc. it was very easy and interviewer is usually nice in driving the conversation.
2. Situational questions in skills interview. have you ever worked in such situation and if yes how to did you approach it? etc.
3. Case study in face to face interview. Banking domain case study with director level person. Usually its interactive and does not have explicit questions. You have to participate in the conversation and work on possible solution to the case study and come up with some strategy or approach. This is usually the toughest part in the interview process.
All interviewers were nice and showed respect to candidate to give a perception of their intent to hire and not outright reject.
