I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Chennai) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was interviewed on campus. The first round was the easiest compared to other mass recruiters. They check your logical thinking and language(english) . No math. Don't have to prepare much for it.You just have to concentrate at that moment. And second round was actually HR for most of us. It is a group interview process where 2 people interviewed five members. For me they just asked my strength and weakness.I think they just check how interactive and lively you are.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Athen, , Attika) in Mar 2012
Interview
The hiring process involved technical tests (available languages where Java, C/C++, SQL or .NET) and a cognitive test. Then, I had four distinct interviews (HR, Project Manager, Executive, CEO).
I believe the whole process was very satisfying and helped me understand what the company does and what is looking for in a candidate.
