Sesión inicial con un headhunter que buscaba perfiles senior y directivos. Siguiente entrevista con el socio de la práctica en varias ocasiones para entender y aterrizar en detalle el puesto.

One of the worst recruitment process I ever had. After HR first reach out to me, she reply like after 3 months. Then, each interview take at least 1 month in between, and ghost me for 2 months. After I try to contact with a follow up email, they just reject me, saying that I might not be 'align with the role'. No official reject email sent by the system and they don't updates the status in the system. Both interviewer was nice and provide useful information to let candidate get to more about the company and also team structure. Interview mostly asking about your history, trying to know your previous project done and your skill set.
