phone interview with an HR about my education and my interests and manager interview about why I chose the company and what would have been my impact to the company

There was an initial HR telephonic interview. Even though the job description never mentioned another language. I was judged based on the language skills. It was not an easy one. I did not get any response for almost 10days and later just a rejection email stating they have other candidates who are more suitable.
