I had a reasoning test at university. After successfully passing it I was invited to a group interview with an HR person. After I had, another day, an other HR interview which was more or less the same as before but this time I was the only person being interviewed. I also had to do a mini case study which I did not pass, this was to access Accenture Strategy. They told me I was in in March, they said they would call me when they had a project for me, that was in november.

Interview
The interview was very similar to other consulting firms. Candidates can expect case studies and behavioral questions. The interviewers were kind and patient. There were preparation calls beforehand. A recruiter visited my university and spoke about the process. It took a couple weeks to hear back and receive an offer.
