For the first one just be prepared and energetic. The second one, be sure to have your responses to the behavioral questions prepared and make sure you are confident when you speak. Make sure you have an idea of what area of the company you want to go into and why.

The interview process was really easy and fluent. I applied online and after some days the contacted me for a phone interview. The phone interview was really nice and friendly with several members of the team. Part of it was in german and part in English. The process consisted of a screening followed by online analytic test which was timed. Final step was an assessment half-day at their office consisting of two interviews - one case focused and one personality focused.
