Accenture On-Campus Interview Experience – Advance Associate Software Engineer The hiring process was conducted through our campus placement drive. Initially, Accenture sent a registration email, and PAN card verification was mandatory. After successful verification, we received a process mail confirming the next steps. Assessment Stages: Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment Technical Assessment Coding Assessment(3 coding : DSA, SQl, (HTML,CSS,JS) Communication Assessment Process Details: Rounds 1, 2, and 3 were conducted on the same day in the college computer labs. All three were elimination rounds. About one week later, shortlisted candidates received an email for the Communication Assessment. Around one week after the communication test, shortlisted students received an email to book an interview slot within 24 hours. After slot booking, a confirmation mail with the interview link was shared. Final Result & Timeline: The selection mail was received after nearly one month. The overall process took time, so patience is important. Accenture communicates all updates via email, both for shortlisted and non-shortlisted candidates, so keep checking your inbox.
