Il processo di selezione è stato nel complesso positivo e ben organizzato. Dopo un primo contatto telefonico con HR, ho sostenuto un colloquio tecnico con due sviluppatori senior.
Il colloquio tecnico è stato impegnativo ma corretto: domande su architettura backend, concetti di clean code e qualche esercizio pratico di ragionamento più che di pura sintassi.
Nel complesso un’esperienza positiva, che lascia una buona impressione dell’azienda e del team tecnico.

Question 1
Raccontami di una situazione in cui hai avuto un problema complesso da risolvere al lavoro. Come l’hai affrontato e quale è stato il risultato?
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.

Interview
The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.

Standard interview with 1 round of aptitude and another round of behavioural.
It consisted questions on problem solving and basic numbers.
The interview was conducted in one day and result was declared the same day, Although joining was late.
