I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Jan 2012
Interview
Interview process comprised of three rounds: aptitude, technical and HR. Though the aptitude and HR were general and fairly easy to crack, the technical requires a good understanding of concepts and not just going through the books a day before the interview.
