I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in May 2016
Interview
The assessment has four parts:
(1) Application Form and Examination
(2) Language Assessment, where the HR will test your English proficiency and how well are you able to communicate using the English language.
(3) HR Interview, the HR will ask questions to find out if you are fit for the position you are applying for, and also some briefing about the working hours/locations that an employee may encounter.
(4) Final Assessment, this is also the "Job Offer" where the contract containing the terms and benefits of Accenture, will be handed to the applicant.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR Interview:
1. Are you willing to work in shifting hours? (Day shift, Mid shift, Night shift)
2. What are the problems you encountered during the development of your thesis?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
