I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, )
Interview
I was first texted to take an exam on a Monday, around 1pm. You may go to their recruitment center at Robinsons Forum at Boni, Mandaluyong. Despite the given time, you may go early, since they will process your application along with the walk-in applicants.
The exam had Math and English in it. As soon as you pass the test, you'll be having another assessment which is the language test. When you pass that again, you'll be interviewed finally by the HR, asking the usual interview questions. Right after that, once you've passed that, you'll be having the final assessment as they call it, but it's more of the job offer and contract signing already. They will not give you a chance to think things through. On that day itself, you'll have to decide whether you'll accept the job or not.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe yourself? Where do you see yourself in 3/5 years? What is your thesis (For fresh grads)?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
