Round1: Written exam e.g. How would you give advice to a specific client in a given situation, Talk about current economic situation in the country
Round2: 1:1 Interview - Case/ Fit test e.g. Why should we hire you, What can you contribute to our company
Round3: 1:1 interview: Case/ Fit test e.g. Show me your leadership/ problem solving experience
Round4: 1:1 Interview - Fit test
previsti tre step in totale: Un colloquio con hr, un colloquio con manager e un colloquio con il partner. a seguire viene dato esito. non ci vuole molto per saperlo generalmente 1-2 settimane processo si conclude
