I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Sep 2016
Interview
1. Simple aptitude 55 ques 60 min. Any Noob can clear.
2. 206 were to Appear for Interview.
3. Was a group interview consisting of 5 ppl at a time. A panel of 2.
4. Questions:
i. Tell me one thing out of your CV which is the best According to you?
Ans: Talked about my project which was of a considerably good level.
ii. What is your final year project? Uses?
Ans: Told
-> That's it. Did not ask me a single question again. (No HR, No Tell me something about urself, No hobbies,No why to hire you Blah Blah Blah). I constantly looked at them with a hope for at least one more question! I assumed I performed well.
-> Results were declared 103 of 206 selected. 50%.
-> Shocked that I was not selected. I answered every question. Flawlessly and fluently. There was no way I was rejected for my communication skills or English or Vocab. Students from mechanical, civil, exec with no IT / CS were selected as well.
*********MOST IMPORTANT NOTE*********
Do no speak much technical even if you have knowledge if you want to get into Accenture(The mistake which I did). They assume you are good and might leave Accenture if u get a better offer. Accenture only likes to take loads of donkeys who will be loyal. Be one.
-> And if you really want a promising career. Dont join Accenture.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
