Interview
One of the companies that hire students through group interview(in 5). Interviewers were frank and friendly, gave their introduction first and then gave each person an equal chance to describe himself/herself. Some interviewers even asked about the semester project and in the end they gave us suggestions of how to improve ourselves and asked whether we have any questions for them.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
