I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture (Mandaluyong City) in Jan 2013
Interview
The interview is basic since they are not expecting much from a fresh graduate perspective. They are more focus on the attitude of the applicant rather than his or her technical skills. Also, sometimes they are offering work that is not in-line with what you have studied (i.e. You graduated computer science and your specialization is Java and you really liked it but instead, they can offer you to work in Oracle or other specialization).
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
