I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview was very fast. The questions were basic. Like, what do you know about accenture, why do you want to work in there, what are your strengths and weaknesses, what is your expected salary. Interviewers are often arrogant and snobby. I guest that's protocol, but still eye catchingly snobby.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
