I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture (Lissabon, Lissabon) in Jun 2017
Interview
A very relaxed interview, we even walked a bit through the city. The whole process had one interview only. Took around 1 hour. Got to know more about the company and how they operate. For 8 month you work 9h/day, and 8h/day on the other 4 month. Because you work 1 extra hour/day for 9 month, you get 12 extra vacation days. 5 on Christmas, 5 on Easter and 2 on Carnival.
They asked me to tell a few things about myself, talk about a few things in my resume like some volunteer work and the internship I had done. They wanted me to talk about the programming languages that I know and the tools I have used. Also, asked me why I was interested in Accenture and they explained to me how the company is structured (different job levels and their benefits).
They gave me a test to do at my own time with basic programming questions, object oriented programming questions, SQL fundamentals questions and logical reasoning questions (no programming).
