Interview
HR call me for a job, then I proceed the portfolio with them, a month later I went to on site interview for a long session about project. I am able to skip most of the screening process because the portfolio i sent is detailed enough.

They ask that this project will requires multi skills than job position skill, and you need to maintain design with many people
The process starts with a resume and portfolio screening.
This is followed by an HR interview.
Next is a UX interview focused on portfolio and design process.
A design task may be included.
The final round is with a manager or design lead.

I was asked to walk through a UX project from my portfolio and explain the design decisions I made.
Process: Referral, screening call with recruiter, interview with 2 design managers (mix of behavioral and talking about past work). Reached out multiple times after interview with no response or update.

The interviewer was very professional and made sure I am comfortable first no death stares no out of the line expressions. Overall good experience they'll first try to know about your education and qualifications then questions about the job role.
