I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Mar 2011
Interview
I had a phone interview first, It seemed they wanted to test my knowledge of the company they, i.e. who was their competition, what services they offered and industries they operated in and so forth. it was quick question and answers lasted around 25minutes.
After 1week i found out i passed and we arranged a face to face interview with a manager at the old bailey office. The interview was meant to last an hour but we got through all the questions farly quick and it was over in less than 30 mins i thought i failed because we finish i half the expected time but i found out later it wasn't the case.
The f2f was more technical questions about java and sql. It was mostly theoretical, like what is java encapsulation, the architecture of the java language, JVM, about java code compilation etc then to object oriented development to design patterns to agile development. From there to SQL query statements how to select certain information for tables, so writing sql querys to select the required data.
After the intreview i heard back after 10 days with an offer.....

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
