Campus hiring - can interview 3-5 people all at once by a panel of 2-3. The decisions are usually confirmed on the at least on my campus. Typically recruits in larger numbers >200

Leadership situation, internship experience based questions, 5 year plan, career aspiration. Interview questions based on resume, basic programming if from CS/IT. For non CS, it could be some IT experience if you've mentioned internships or basic questions from Microprocessors/Digital Electronics or Computer Networks. Few behavioral and leadership questions depending on interviewer

Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
