Interview
Interviewed at Robinson's Forum. Took two exams - one is for language proficiency and the other is logic. If you passed the exam, you will have an HR interview. They will be requiring you to pass your TOR. Your grades is a requirement for the recruitment. The process will not move forward without it. So prepare your grades(TOR) when you come to their recruitment areas for faster process.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
