I passed the initial and skills test as per the HR via phone call. She asked my time availability and we mutually agreed with the time she has given to me. Furthermore , I received an invite thru email for my final interview and I was schocked and disappointed 30mins passed I was told thru text and email that it was cancelled and the department decided to stop the recruitment due to business decisions.

Interviewer was professional. Multiple questions were given relating to the job scope to ensure that the candidate possess required skills, experience and knowledge. The tone and language used by interviewer was respectful and very clear.

They asked on my understanding of overall Risk. The formula to derive risk rating from an overall risk management assessment. Additionally asking what is my action if the business couldn't mitigate the risk? Will escalation required to notify higher management.
