I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process comprises four rounds. In the first round, candidates undergo an assessment of their aptitude, including technical multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering topics such as networking and cloud computing. The second round involves coding questions, with candidates expected to solve one easy and one medium difficulty problem. Following this, the third round focuses on communication skills, allowing candidates to demonstrate their ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Finally, the fourth round consists of a comprehensive interview where candidates discuss their technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for the role with the interview panel.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe about your projects?
Hinderances faced during project?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
