Interview
First I had a brief phone interview with a recruiter and she informed me that she will send an email regarding next steps. They sent me an email with zoom link and interview date. This was during covid. It was a casual conversational interview with one of the salesforce managers.

it was a zoom call during covid and interviewer asked my 5 years career plan, past experiences and how I would handle stressful situation, and also made me come up with a marketing idea to sell a product to a client which seemed unrelated to the role but it was fun exercise.
The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.

I did my application through the company website. after this, i had a meeting with HR. the second fase i did languages tests and after pass a interview with a TL.
