Interview
There are total two interview round after getting shortlisted through Elitmus or AMCAT.
First round is Technical, and if you are an average student then it's not a big deal to clear this round.
Second round is MR+HR, and this round is all about your life and what kind of life you are expecting from the company. This round is also just a piece of cake for you.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
