A typical 3-round interview process starts with a screening interview where HR assesses your qualifications, experience, and interest in the role. The second round is usually technical or skill-based, where you demonstrate job-specific abilities, such as solving coding challenges, case studies, or portfolio reviews. The final round focuses on behavioral and cultural fit, often involving senior management, where you'll answer questions about teamwork, problem-solving, and how you align with the company’s values.
