The interview process consists of 4 rounds. The first round is aptitude continuing to the first round the second round is cognitive technical (basic problems). For Hr round no technical questions will be asked, sometimes maybe one or two questions can be ask by hr. But the Hr round is full of situation questions. Like.. What problems u faced during project.. How you handled that situation. Difficult times in your life etc..
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
