1. Application and Resume Shortlisting
First, I had to submit my application and resume either on their career portal or through campus placements. They shortlist candidates based on eligibility and how well the resume matches their requirements.
2. Online Assessment
The next step was an online assessment. It had three sections:
Aptitude Test: Focused on quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal skills.
Technical Test: Questions on programming, data structures, and databases.
Coding Assessment: I had to solve coding problems to demonstrate my problem-solving skills.

2 rounds + hr round, the first 2 was virtual and next one was also virtual . Virtual interview was about 10 t0 20 mins, they mostly basics. If we good at acdemics + basic coding thats enough i guess.
Smooth process for the time being Accenture move fast as they give fast results. For me within the month all the updates have given went smoothly. As per interview process it has no issues interviewer was calm and patience, he asked only whats in your resume.
