Interview
The interview process was divided into three sections ideally allocated into 3 hours, an hour each ofcourse.
1. Individual Case Study (You are given a case study with extracts of interviews from many different employees. You have 20 minutes to read the case study and identify a solution. The case study is quite long. You will then have to present your solution to an interviewer privately.
2. Group Case Study (You are grouped with other interviewees. Your team is given 5 minutes to read through a case study. You must then work together with your group to deduce an ideal solution. You must then present the solution to the interviewer.)
3. Personal Interview - You will be asked about what you have in your CV. You will be asked about Accenture's core values so make sure you memorise them.
