La selezione si sviluppa in varie fasi, prima con HR, poi colloquio tecnico con manager e tecnici con domande specifiche e colloquio finale con il managing director. Il colloquio tecnico è il punto focale, in quanto molto spesso i manager anche senior manager sono molto tecnici. I tempi possono essere lunghi, anche 2 mesi per l'iter completo.

Interview Process was good. They asked good questions. If you prepared well then you can crack the interview. Interviewer was also good. Questions was not that much tough if you prepared well.
