Accenture Senior Software Engineer - Java Developer interview questions

First they will screen the resume, after that we will get call for technical interview.Their will be only one round of technical interview for experienced candidates , in technical round they will ask about java features, spring boot, and coding questions.

1 round technical interview and 1 managerial round. Technical questions were related to core Java concepts, Stream Apis, and new features of java 8. the interview link has an editor where you have to write the code. it went on for one hour. 2nd managerial round was for 10 mins only tough it was scheduled for 1 hour. After all the rounds, you will see the politics of Hr. when i got the call for interview i was already holding an offer ,so i told that i need exact same or above that. They agreed. After all the rounds, one Hr called and offered less amount, again I said okay release the offer. After one day another Hr called and offered a lesser amount and said my colleague didnt mean that way. Again i said okay.. The offer they released is less than all.
