I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Athen, , Attika) in Jun 2023
Interview
As a first step they have sent me to complete a test that included IQ and some tech questions. The next interview was with the talent acquisition specialist and it was okay as an experience. The next and my last interview with this company was with the hiring manager. It was my worst experience ever, he asked me some questions and if i didnt answer them correctly or with his way insulted me and put me down. At that moment i understood that it wasnt the right company for me and i just wanted to end this interview. They couldn't hide their toxic and stressful culture.
very few technical questions OOPS concepts Basic HR Q s for personality test of the candidate. General Q s to check the communication of the candidate. Interviewer tried to ask question to check how we perform under pressure
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mailand) in Apr 2023
Interview
There were two main steps in the interview process. The first step was with HR, and I was greeted by two friendly and easy-going HR representatives. During this step, we discussed my resume and my past experiences in more detail. The interview was short, but I felt comfortable and at ease throughout.
The second step was a technical interview with the department manager, and unfortunately, it did not go as smoothly as the first one. The manager was 30 minutes late, which was frustrating since I had prepared well for the interview. When he finally arrived, he immediately started firing off a barrage of technical questions. I did my best to answer them, but he kept interrupting me and was extremely impatient. This made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous.
Despite this negative experience, I was surprised to receive a job offer. Even so, I kindly declined the offer without mentioning my complaints, since the HR representatives were extremely friendly with me.

Question 1
First Step: Based on your CV, your experience, courses, projects, interests, plans, etc... Seconds Step: Too many technical questions, from the basic ones to the advanced ones. It was like they were hiring for a senior SE instead of a Junior one.
