Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would be your six week plan that you would communicate to a Client to kick off a new transformation project?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
1st round: Send in C.V.
2nd round: Online assessment tests.
3rd round: Assessment centre ( 1-on-1 interview, case study + presentation)
4th round: final interview.
The process is long, however, there is a high volume of candidates so its not surprising. You are assigned a mentor before the final round which is very helpful.
Overall a good and thorough process. The questions are good and relevant.
