I interviewed at Accenture (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jul 2009
Interview
I went through the recruitment company. the process was really slow and tedious where HR would take weeks to come back. Round 1 interview was really good where the senior manager asked me lot of questions about my work at the previous company as well as Why Accenture and Why Gurgaon. The second round was fairly simple. Focus was more on understanding what is my expectation from the company and whether I understand the requirements of the consulting job.

Question 1
Business case on growth of nutritional supplements in India
First step of the interview process was an assessment center. We were in 8 candidates and the assessment lasts 4 hours. Initially the recruiter has tested our motivation and has given us a couple of role play. Afterwards we have discussed a case all together. I suppose this was to understand both our teamworking skills and leadership ability.
I have received a call back after 5 days and I was introduced to the first round of interviews with a manager. The interview was a classical one, about motivation, background questions and working experience. Then a business case, very straightforward and logical (nothing strategic like M&A or growth).
Last round was with a Partner. Here the same: fit and CV questions but this time the interview was related with "how much do you know about our company?".
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Luxembourg) in Sep 2013
Interview

Question 1
No real surprise concerning the phone interviews. High number of applicants in Luxembourg (~500 for 5 open roles), thus important to stand out by showing relevant skills acquired in the past.
