I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process had two rounds as follows:
ID aptitude test - MCQs, storyboard designing, paragraph writing
Interview - There were three rounds of interview; but all of them had almost similar/related questions. They mainly focused on personality fitment in the third round which was with the managing director.
The entire process was completed in a single day. All the interviews were via phone. Only discrepancy was one of the interviews were scheduled just 3 mins after my lunch and I struggled a bit there. But the interviewer understood my struggle and gave me some time to settle.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture (Washington, DC) in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied via a referral to a policy analyst position, but ended up being considered for Management Consulting, which I get ACN tends to do a lot because they put referrals in a pool. There was a quick HireVue questionnaire, which was then followed by a first round which consisted of 1) a 90-minute online "game" platform where there were client situations/questions (very basic math, mostly behavioral) you had to answer in multiple choice; and 2) a behavioral interview with a manager. After I passed this round, there was a final round interview with another manager, which consisted of 1) basic behavioral 2) a tech showcase, where you essentially had to pick an agency Accenture works with, and what solutions (from their suite) you would implement. They leave it fairly open ended but I opted to do a powerpoint. Around 3 days later, I received a security questionnaire, which I completed (seemed a lot like the basic questions in a clearance form) and was told a week later they would not be proceeding with my application with no indication as to why. I believe it is related to having multiple citizenships, as AFS was seemingly on a hiring spree for "U.S Citizens Only, dual citizens non-eligible". Honestly, it was a very easy interview process.
