First call with recruiter was basic exploration. 2nd call was a bit of a skills exploration. 3rd call was further skills evaluation. Then a recap conversation with the recruiter. All in all very straight forward experience.
Applied through LinkedIn, received call from HR within few days,but scheduled interview cancelled 4time due to non availability of interviewer, Finally over a month of awaiting technical interview scheduled ,same day received confirmation mail and followed by document submission,very effectively entire process was taken care within 3-4 days also online site was giving the status update accurately,Only 1 round of technical interview which was covering my past experience, Interview was easy. Package was excellent,but had to reject as I applied for Manager position with 7 years of Managerial experience but received offer letter for Assistant Manager later told sourcing team misplaced my resume.. Didn't wish to start my career all over again hence rejected the offer .
