Interview
When recruiters ask for your resume, I don't believe that they actually read it. I had a phone call interview and essentially the recruiter didn't feel that I was the best fit for the role because I don't have enough experience.. I do have both business and analytical experience. I don't understand why schedule a call with me and waste my time if you do not believe I have any experience? I asked her if this was a mid-level role, and she responded by saying that it was entry-level and she didn't feel that I would be interested in this role.. which is weird because that is essentially the reason why I would apply for an entry-level role? cause I am interested, looking to start a new career, and would like to gain more experience and knowledge in the role.. pls quit wasting ppl's time and feeding them bs, and hire better recruiters who know how to do their job. Thanks
