I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview was easy. They asked a mix of technical questions and HR questions. Asked technical questions based on preferred programming language (in my case python), asked to describe final year project(description and tech stack used). Be prepared with your projects description and basic HR questions like, what are your strengths, weaknesses, about Accenture and why Accenture, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc
Aptitude test: Assesses logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and problem-solving skills
Coding test: Evaluates programming knowledge and ability to solve algorithmic problems
Communication round: Assesses verbal and written communication skills
Technical and HR interview: Discusses experiences, technical knowledge, and alignment with the company's culture
The interview process was good with a good interaction but can never able to judge ho is the recruitment process going on.The interview is not based on the role its just a common interview with management of time and team kind of questions though performed well but could not understand the reason that they sent the rejection mail.its really unpredictable
