Question 1
Was given several practical use cases and using my past experience I was asked to explain how I would navigate client challenges while meeting firm aligned goals. Another question was how have I built, scaled and maintained highly functional agile delivery teams.
Recruiter is very helpful with the process. 1st talked with the recruiter, then talked with an MD, and then behavior interview, last round with another MD and practice leader. People there are very nice and very talented.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
A positive interview process - following HR screening I was interviewed remotely by two Managing Directors for a deal execution (sales) role. Strong questioning re past performance and further probing questions. This was followed by a senior MD interview which was extremely professional but yet somehow relaxed. After internal discussions I was deemed to be best placed elsewhere in the business and had a final senior MD interview which again was professional and relaxed.
An enjoyable experience as far as interviewing goes !
