Accenture Senior Manager interview questions

Recruiter is very helpful with the process. 1st talked with the recruiter, then talked with an MD, and then behavior interview, last round with another MD and practice leader. People there are very nice and very talented.

A positive interview process - following HR screening I was interviewed remotely by two Managing Directors for a deal execution (sales) role. Strong questioning re past performance and further probing questions. This was followed by a senior MD interview which was extremely professional but yet somehow relaxed. After internal discussions I was deemed to be best placed elsewhere in the business and had a final senior MD interview which again was professional and relaxed. An enjoyable experience as far as interviewing goes !
