I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Jun 2017
Interview
1 phone interview that was fine and straight forward and then 1 face to face skills interview which was weird, the interviewer was an hour late, then she asked questions which were not about my skills but only recent 1-2 years experience which is unjust for person with over 15 years work experience all the questions were way too specific and seems like she was looking to find reasons not to hire.
After that I didn't hear anything back for 4 weeks although I followed up with a couple of nice emails. After over a month from the interview I get this template email back that I didn't get the job. Very ugly process overall. Do not recommend.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY)
Interview
Interview #1: Head hunter
Interview #2: Internal Recruiter
Interview #3: Situational
Interview #4: Skills
Very slow moving interview process with a lot of delay between each interview. Interviews 1 thru 3 were with bright, engaging, intelligent people. Always ask the recruiter about the background of the next person interviewing you, especially if they do not have a LinkedIn profile.
