I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Jul 2021
Interview
First one was a MCQ round. After that, it was level one interview round.
But, before start they verify id card if it matches with what is there in their system (we are told to show it to screen in MCQ round), now whoever wrote it in their platform messed it. Year part was wrong. For which it took minimum 3 weeks after several HR calls.
Didn't get any call for 1 month after that. Since I was not able to give some answer I thought I got rejected. Suddenly got a call from HR saying can we discuss for 10 min for final hr round. I told them first to give clarification why this much late. She didn't have any answer. She was telling probably this-that. So, most probably they choosed someone else and that person didn't join. Hence considering
Then I told them I am not interested as I was having another offer and I will not be happy to join this company who takes other for granted. Atleast they should mention it went on hold or something after interview round
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic question of OOPS. Messed some answer here also.
Though question like how to sort hashmap based on value field. How to make validation if request parameter 1 is there then to make request param 2 to be mandatory (AOP concept)
Never expected this much difficult question from MNC.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
Interview process was short on a single day which took 30 minutes hardly and with less questions. Though answered for most of the questions and the interviewer sounds satisfied, only a regret email came back saying interview was not successful.
I don't like the process and at many times people get job through reference and other even though they are nor up to the mark .. i see they have regional disparities too
