I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
It was a good experience where the whole process was very fast and smooth. Everyone was very professional and to the point. The questions were not that tough and they considered candidates on their approach to the solution as well.
There will be two tech round. Both telephonic and then the Manageral. All are very easy to clear. They won't ask much in UI. HR round will only be salary discussion nad. Nothing else
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Oct 2018
Interview
I am already in better company than accenture and only thought to give it chance it was once my dream company. Although everyone warned that Accenture recruitment process is worst and now i know why. First i got call from one lady HR who asked me upload documents and i did and she never approched me again. I got call from another person who asked me my skills and i inform my primary skill is java and secondary is react js, he informed that interview is for react js to which i said ok. I have been asked to visit the company persaonally where we have been waited for 1.5 hour just to have telephonic interview of 5 minutes. Every candidaye was chatting why didnt they just directly called on mobile instead, anyway the interviewer on call again asked me about my skills and i gave the same answer that primary is java secondary is react js and i have been informed that todays interview is for react js. He did not asked a single question on react js intead all questions were on javascript. I felt weird that there seems no communication between Accenture recruiters. I got mail in 2 days that candidature rejected, you can apply after 6 months.
