Accenture Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Recently I came across the worst hiring process of my life till date. I appeared for online assessment, and an interview on the same date. Process was quite normal. I got mail for shortlisting and uploading documents. After 3 days, I got call from hr that my govt i'd was not clearly visible in assessment, so I need to appear again. I cleared this as well. Then again I started getting call for interview, which I just mentioned that I have already appeared for interview and got mail for uploading documents. But it's fine I can appear once again Hr called 2 times for same and disconnected hearing this. And suddenly my candidature was cancelled. And none of Hr picked my call after that. Is this the way interview happens??
